1 cup rice for 2 people | |
Butter- 1 spoon | 克 |
Chicken stock 1 cube | |
A pinch of salt- 1 teaspoon for 6 portions | |
Olive oil- a drizzle | |
Little Turkish brown things- table spoon for 2 people |
Turkish Rice的做法
Wash rice with warm water until water clear,
Butter Turkish little brown thing- until turns brown.
Add olive oil- mix well.
Add rice- mix well
Add chicken stock in warm water
Then add boiled water into rice- 2cm above the rice line
Add salt
Once boiled- Medium heat until rice dry
