用料
heavy cream | 0.6 cup |
milk | 1/4 cup |
sugar | 5 tsp |
coffee | 30 ml (2 tbsp) |
cocoa powder | 1 tbsp |
coffee ice cream的做法
dissolve cocoa powder with hot coffee
beat up heavy cream
add in the rest
freeze for 2 hrs, then take out and beat again
freeze till serve
