Burrito Bowl的做法步骤图

用料  

✨Lime Rice
Brown rice 2 cups
Bay leaf 2
Sea salt 适量
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Lime juice 1 tbsp
✨Garlic Beans
Black beans:pinto beans 1 can
Garlic clove 1
Dry oregano 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Pepper 少量
🌟Vegetables
Green bell pepper 1
Red bell pepper 1
Red onion 1 (medium)
Grape seed oil 1/2 tbsp
Red pepper flakes 1/4 tbsl
Sea salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
✨Toppings
Fresh salsa
Guacamole
Shredded lettuce
Jalapeño Optional
Chipotle Optional
Vegan cheese Optional
Sour cream Optional
✨鸡肉/牛肉/猪肉 (替换蔬菜+beans)
Chicken/Beef/Pork Diced
Black beans 1 can
Onion 1
Garlic 1
Dry oregano 适量
Pepper 适量
Paprika 适量
Reduced fat cheddar cheese Optional
墨西哥黄豆

Burrito Bowl的做法  

  1. a) Cook the rice (usually for 40-45 mins), add salt and bay leaves
    b) Once the rice is cooked, add lemon juice, lime juice, mix well.

  2. black beans:Combine all ingredients in a small pot and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.

  3. a) Cut peppers and onion into strings.
    b) Add red onion to the skillet and sauté for 3 minutes over medium/high heat.
    c) Add cut peppers and cook for 5 more minutes.
    d) Add the seasoning( red pepper flakes, salt, pepper) and continue cooking until the vegetables are soft (about 2 minutes).

  4. Add toppings

  5. 鸡肉/牛肉/猪肉末
    洋葱+ garlic +green, red pepper(optional) +chicken + beans +  Dry oregano + pepper + paprika + cumin + cheddar cheese( optional )

小贴士

Black bean 提前泡好  煮的时候加seasonings 加的时候带水加
番茄不要炒成酱
