西式蒜香胡椒虾🦐的做法

原材料如图。
we need to clean the prawns at least twice time
.清洗大虾至少两次
we need to deal with prawns, we need to marinate two tablespoons of table wine and a small amount of salt for 20 minutes .处理对虾,然后加入两汤匙料酒和少量盐腌制20分钟。
pour 25 ml of extra virgin olive oil into the pan and heat the oil without smoking.
锅中倒入适量橄榄油,约25ml。把油烧热,不用冒烟。
slide the shrimp into the pot along the edge of the pot, brown the shrimp in pot , turn over to medium heat and sprinkle a little salt and pepper continuously stir.
将虾沿锅边放入锅中,将虾煎至金黄色,中火翻炒,撒上少许盐和胡椒粉不断搅拌。
Pour 3/4 of the chopped garlic and celery into the pan, leaving 1/4 of the celery and serving for dish up. Turn small fire to prevent garlic pasted and constantly stir .
将切碎的蒜和3/4的芹菜倒入平底锅,剩下四分之一的芹菜上碟。 转小火,以防止大蒜糊,不断搅拌。
Squeeze a little lemon juice on the shrimp and serve it on a plate. Sprinkle the remaining sauce in pot on the shrimp. And sprinkle with the celery sticks that you have reserved .在虾上挤一点柠檬汁,放在盘子里。 把剩下的酱汁洒在虾上。 撒上你留下的芹菜杆。
小贴士
处理虾挺麻烦的,条件允许的话可以买处理好的。
还有盐不要放多,少量的盐更能突出虾的鲜美。
