Macaroni and Cheese的做法步骤图

风靡美国的Mac and Cheese，浓郁奶香和无敌creamy的口感，喜欢cheese的小伙伴一定欲罢不能

用料

Macaroni	500g
Cheddar cheese	500g
牛奶	150ml
面粉	1/3cup
黄油	3 tablespoon
盐	1 tablespoon
黑胡椒	随意

Macaroni and Cheese的做法

取一只锅子，沸水加入少量盐，将Macaroni煮熟
同时将面粉，牛奶，融化的黄油，cheddar cheese加入另一只锅子中，不停搅拌成creamy状的酱汁
将煮好的Macaroni加入酱汁中搅拌，加入盐与黑胡椒调味，大功告成！如果喜欢烤箱风味，还可以在表面撒上Parmesan cheese入烤箱180摄氏度烤30分钟

小贴士

制作酱汁勿忘不停搅拌～
