鸭胸肉配白豆的做法
鸭胸肉洗干净,擦干
轻轻刮几刀
撒盐
锅里什么都不放,加热,皮朝下入锅
煎至金黄,翻身
倒入cannellini beans,加新鲜迷迭香,盐,现磨黑胡椒和马沙拉酒
拿出鸭胸肉切片,锅里的白豆可以用勺子压一压,装盘
