Crisp Fried Fish Sandwich 脆炸鱼汉堡的做法
Cut the tilapia fillets in half and season both sides with salt and pepper. Using the three-step breading procedure, coat the fish with flour, egg and then bread crumbs. Leave in the walk-in. 将罗非鱼片一切二片，两面都用盐和黑椒粉调味。然后用三步裹面法先让鱼裹一层薄薄的面粉，再放在蛋液中，然后继续放入面包糠中将整片鱼完全裹上面包糠。然后放在冰箱中冷藏。
