Simple Vegan Stuffing

Simple Vegan Stuffing的做法步骤图

用料  

Onion 1 large
Carrot 1
celery 3 stalks
Apple 2
Vegetable broth 2 cups
Salt and pepper a pinch
day-old bread, cubed 1 loaf
Garlic 3 cloves

Simple Vegan Stuffing的做法  

  1. Dice onion, carrot and celery.
    Dice apples with the skin on.
    Mince garlic.

  2. 1. Sauté onion, celery, and carrots for 5 minutes.
    2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
    3. Add vegetable broth, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. 1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Combine bread cubes and apples in a large mixing bowl.
    3. Remove mixture from heat and add to bread cubes mixture; mix until thoroughly combined and evenly moist.

  4. Transfer the mixture to prepared baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and serve.
