Step 2 Making the Pizza Dough:
In a bow mix flour and salt using a whisk to make it really fluffy and fine.
将盐倒入面粉中,并搅拌均匀
Step 3 Add olive it all together.
倒入橄榄油,混合搅拌
Step 4 Then add water continue to mix it.最后倒入水,用勺子搅拌成团
Step 5 Use a wooden spoon or your hands to mix until smooth dough should not stick to the hands.I made 3 9*11 inch rectangle pizzas so I cut up my dough into 3 parts.
搅拌到面团不沾手的状态,依情况我把面团分成三等份
Step 6 Roll out on a floured surface and then transfer to the baking pan.
取其中一份,用擀面杖将面团擀成饼状,再放到烤盘里
Step 7 Take your fork and punch holes,then baking the pizza crust for 8-10 minutes.
先用叉子在表面插许多洞,然后大约烤8到10分钟披萨饼皮
Step 8 Add whatever you want,I add some fresh tomatoes.
在表面铺上一层西红柿片
Step 9 Add some cheese.
在西红柿上撒上一层奶酪碎
Step 10 Bake at 400℉ until cheese it melted,broil for 1 minutes until cheese gets golden,enjoy!
最后设置温度为400℉放到烤箱里烤约5分钟直到奶酪融化变金黄,简易pizza就完成了!
