pumpkin salad with prosciutto, baby rocket & pinenuts的做法步骤图

garlic bread是超市货，买来直接进烤箱就行
再次重申一块 serving board 可以提升菜品presentation 至少 300%

用料

butternut pumpkin	半个切块
prociutto	三片
baby rocket or spanich	两大把
balsamic vinegar
salt & pepper
olive oil	a lot
fetta cheese
pinenuts or walnut

pumpkin salad with prosciutto, baby rocket & pinenuts的做法

南瓜切块烤熟，同时把prociutto烤脆掰碎待用
把菜叶和cheese加醋和盐等拌好，倒入稍凉的南瓜，碎prociutto，加入大量橄榄油拌之，最后撒一把松子

小贴士

随意搭配，想吃什么放什么。

另外，颜色搭配和坚果的加入是提升salad逼格的利器
