Oven lamb shanks的做法
Oven150-170c
Baking tray: 4leeks. 4 carrots.
Rosemary. Orange zest/garlic
Season.
Season the lamb.
Brown- move onto the vegetables.
Same pan: 1/2 cup dry white wine-reduced.
Pour over lamb.
4 slices butter on lamb.
Bake for 2-3hours.
