上次做的橘子酱 这里又派上用场啦
微微酸甜又苦涩的橘子和黑巧搭配
真的是万年的神仙组合
再配上清爽的酸奶酱
还有什么能比这更治愈呢💗
用料
高筋面粉 Bread Flour | 80g |
普通面粉 Plain Flour | 40g |
泡打粉 Baking Powder | 4g |
盐 Salt | 1g |
原味酸奶 Plain Yoghurt | 140g |
橘子酱 Marmalade | 40g |
淡黄油 Unsalted Butter | 30g |
黑巧克力 Dark Chocolate | 45g |
酸奶酱 Yoghurt Icing: | |
糖粉 Icing Sugar | 25g |
原味酸奶 Plain Yoghurt | 10g |
橙香黑巧英式司康松饼的做法
黄油切成小块在室温软回温,用刮刀软化
Dice the butter in to small pieces and warm up in room temperature, use spatula to soften it
加入酸奶,充分搅拌均匀
Add in the yoghurt and mix well
加入橘子酱,搅拌均匀
Add in the marmalade and mix well
加入面粉、泡打粉和盐,大概混合均匀,先不捏成面团
Add in the flour, baking powder and salt, mix roughy, no need to form into a dough yet
黑巧克力切碎
Chop the chocolate into small pieces
加入黑巧碎,用手揉匀成面团,冷藏30分钟
Add the chocolate into the mixture and mix by hand to form a dough, chill in the fridge for 30min
冷藏后在台面上撒上面粉来防止粘连,擀平成厚度2cm左右
After chilling, spread some flour onto the surface to stop sticking and roll the into ~2cm thick
切成等份
Cut the dough into evenly sized pieces
放入预热到200 ℃的烤箱,根据表面上色烤15-18分钟
Baked in a 200 ℃ preheated oven, bake for 15-18 min until the surface is golden
酸奶酱:将酸奶加入糖粉,均匀混合
Icing: add the yoghurt to the sugar and mix well
松饼出炉后,微微晾凉,浇上酸奶酱就能享用啦!
After baking, cool the scones slightly and drizzle with icing. Really to enjoy!
